With over 12 years of experience in IT, Michael has consulted to many customers covering all aspects of data management including backup and recovery, disaster recovery, storage consolidation, virtualization, and compliance. From assessment to implementation, Michael has successfully delivered a wide variety of solutions to customers in all sectors including Finance, Energy, Retail and Manufacturing.

As Chief Architect for Scalar Decisions, Michael is an industry leader who reviews and assesses emerging technology and solutions to determine how they may best compliment your evolving data infrastructure requirements.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science, Honors in Computer Science from the Queens University in Kingston.

 

Jason Kelly

Jason is an accomplished systems integration specialist with over 14 years of experience in designing and deploying IT infrastructure. His expertise includes UNIX systems architecture, data storage planning and implementation and enterprise backup and disaster recovery strategies. He has been the lead architect of many high-profile engagements for large organizations such as BC Hydro, the University of British Columbia and the BC Provincial Health Services Authority.

As the Chief Solutions Architect for the Western Region, Jason is responsible for leading a team of pre- and post-sales technical specialists serving customers throughout BC and Alberta.

Roger has over 20 years experience designing and delivering IT solutions. Roger's career path has extended across the end user, consulting and manufacturer communities, in the areas of analysis, design, implementation and management. Roger is CTO and Founding Partner of Scalar Decisions Inc; an innovative provider of powerful and practical technology and consulting services focused around Optimizing IT for Business.

He leads Scalar's Infrastructure Optimization practice which has driven a number of key customer references in Consolidation, Virtualization, HPC/Grid computing and Migration across all industries.
