In 1993, Chef Reading completed the post diploma Culinary Arts - Italian program at George Brown College and completed an externship in Sardegna, Italy. Susie obtained her Red Seal certification in 1995 and June 2007, she received the highest culinary accreditation in Canada, Certified Chef de Cuisine. Chef Reading joined the Calphalon Culinary Center in 2004. |
