| Scalar expands into BC & Alberta, Acquires Majority stake in XSM Systems Inc.
August 27, 2008 — Scalar Decisions, Inc., a provider of IT Infrastructure solutions to enterprises in Canada, announced that it has acquired a majority stake in Vancouver, BC based XSM Systems Inc. Privately-held XSM is a premier provider of IT Infrastructure solutions and services to western Canada mid-tier enterprises and Fortune 1000 companies across various industries.
