| Scalar Decisions Acquires Southwest Technology Group - STG

July 1, 2010 – Scalar Decisions Inc. today announces the team from Southwest Technology Group, the former Sun Microsystems IMO for southwestern Ontario has joined the Scalar team.

I am very excited to now provide our customers with a broader solutions portfolio that encompasses more than just Oracle-Sun.
